At Happy Fitness Kenya, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality gym and fitness equipment across Kenya. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 days after receiving the product if:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or assembled fitness equipment.
  • Products damaged through misuse or negligence.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method where applicable.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

4. Exchanges

We may replace products that arrive defective or damaged depending on stock availability.

5. Delivery Damages

Customers are advised to inspect products upon delivery. Any damage or missing parts should be reported immediately within 24 hours after delivery.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return cost.
  • If the customer changes their mind, return transport costs will be handled by the customer.
